Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the School of Accounting Sciences of the National University of Callao and Master's Degree in Accounting, with mention in tax policy and administration at the National University of San Marcos. Specialized in Auditing at the School of Public Accountants of Lima. Studied taxation and governmental financial administration in Peru. Participation in the General Management Program-PDG, at the PAD-School of Management of the University of Piura, and has also participated in training courses in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.

Joined the firm Ramírez Enríquez y Asociados in 1992. Her experience includes a very broad field in the execution of consulting work in taxation of production and commercial companies, as well as non-governmental organizations. Likewise, she has intervened as a Tax specialist in audits of government projects financed by the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the School of Accounting Sciences of the San Luis Gonzaga University and Master in Auditing in Business Management at the National University of San Marcos, in addition to a specialization in Auditing at the School of Public Accountants of Lima, and has participated in training courses in Mexico.

She has 25 years of professional experience. In 1991, she joined Ramírez Enríquez y Asociados, she currently works as a partner in financial audits of public and private sector entities, as well as in non-profit organizations and governmental projects with international funds such as IDB, IBRD, EU, USAID, JBIC.
She has been a speaker at Audit Academic Events organized by the firm Ramírez Enríquez y Asociados, as well as at the Inter-American Institute of Auditing and Accounting.

Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National University of San Marcos. He has 49 years of professional experience, mainly in management positions, as well as advising and consulting in various types of entities and organizations. He has lectured on topics related to administrative and financial management and has given courses in public and private entities.

Joined Ramírez Enríquez y Asociados in 1993, working as a quality control partner in financial audits of public sector entities, as well as NGOs, and in governmental projects with funds from international organizations such as IDB, IBRD, EU, JBIC, USAID.

Acosta Garcia

Professional qualification Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the School of Economics and Business Administration of the Ricardo Palma University. Professional experience since 2011. He has been a member of the staff of Ramírez Enríquez y Asociados, a member firm of Leading Edge Alliance (LEA GLOBAL), as an audit associate manager, and since 2016 he has been promoted to partner. His work is mainly focused on ensuring compliance with international auditing standards in force in Peru, in each of the audits that are developed, planning, carrying out and supervising each of the audit teams. Also, to maintain a direct relationship with the client to inform them of the audit process, consulting, advisory and other services provided.

Professional with 30 years of experience in auditing and consulting, having been audit manager at KPMG (Caipo y Asociados), providing services to companies in the private and public sector, as well as audit on regulatory accounting and investment commitment to date, among others, as well as non-profit entities and international organizations such as the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), IBRD (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development), Andean Community, among others, on issues related to Corporate Governance principles and review of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Additionally, he participated in company valuation services, evaluation of corporate governance principles, due diligence, reviews of the money laundering and financing of terrorism system, evaluation of compliance with investment agreements and commitments, audits of microfinance entities supervised by the SBS.
Currently, in addition to the aforementioned services, he provides diagnostic services and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards, training at managerial and operational level, and is an invited speaker at universities, supervisory entities (SMV) and trade associations to present topics of his competence at local and international level.
Training; as a part of his professional development, he has completed a diploma course in International Financial Reporting Standards at the Pacific University, participated in the First International Accounting Congress in the city of Arequipa, IFRS conference of the Americas organized by the Board of Deans of the Associations of Public Accountants of Peru, valuation of companies, dictated by ESAN, Transfer Pricing in Times of Pandemic, Forensic Auditing in Times of Crisis, both dictated by the University Concepción of Chile, participated as speaker and assistant to the annual meeting of partners of Latinoamericana in Miami, where topics of the profession such as fraud, international financial reporting standards, situation of the region on tax aspects, participated in courses offered by the Institute of Independent Auditors IPAI on international financial reporting standards, as well as aspects related to the risks generated by the pandemic that affect the operations of the companies, from a financial and tax point of view, the topics covered included: Asset Impairment, Leases, Covid 19 considerations in going concern, Financial Instruments, Covid 19 considerations in internal auditors, among others.
Various seminars given by our firm, on issues of market risks, treatment of concessions, financial intermediation operations, international auditing standards, transfer pricing, updated tax treatments, REA methodology for the development of its services, also participated in the seminar on Cooperatives offered by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP, Financial Diagnosis Course at the PAD School of Management at the University of Piura with a duration of seven weeks, IX National Audit Convention - Audit 2021 organized by the Board of Deans of the Colleges of Piura, IX National Audit Convention - Audit 2021, organized by the Board of Deans of the Colleges of Auditors of Piura, Insurance and AFP, Financial Diagnosis Course at the PAD School of Management of the University of Piura with a duration of seven weeks, IX National Audit Convention - Audit 2021 organized by the Board of Deans of the College of Public Accountants of Lima and the College of Public Accountants of Ica, in the month of July 2021, and in various courses at the National School of Control, among others.
